Refund Policy

Each match on ShootScoring sets its own refund rules. They are shown on the match page and on your registration. This page explains how refunds work.

Refund options a match can have

• No refunds: the registration fee is not refunded, but you may be able to transfer your slot to another shooter or change category if the organizer allows it.
• Full refund: you get back the registration fee and paid add-ons.
• Partial refund: you get back the percentage shown on the match page.

The ShootScoring Platform Fee is never refunded. Refunds are only possible until the deadline the organizer sets, and not after the match has started.

How to ask for a refund

Open My matches, choose the registration, and tap Request a refund. The organizer reviews it and you get an email when it is approved or declined.

How you get the money

• Paid through PayMongo (GCash, Maya, card): the refund goes back to the same account or card. It usually arrives within 5 to 10 banking days, depending on your bank or e-wallet.
• Paid by manual transfer to the organizer: the organizer sends the refund to you and records the reference number.

Cancelled or postponed matches

If an organizer cancels a match, they decide on refunds or moving your slot to a new date, and must tell shooters. Contact the organizer first. If you can't reach them, email us at [email protected] and we will help.

Unpaid registrations

If you don't pay within the time shown, your slot is released and nothing is charged.
