Terms of Use

These terms apply when you use ShootScoring (https://shootscoring.com), run by JDT Innovation Hub OPC. By creating an account or registering for a match you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.

What ShootScoring does

ShootScoring is an online platform where match organizers publish running events and shooters register and pay for them. JDT Innovation Hub OPC provides the platform. Each match is organized by the organizer named on the match page, not by JDT Innovation Hub OPC, unless we say otherwise.

Your account

  • Give true and complete details, and keep them up to date.
  • Keep your password safe. You are responsible for what happens under your account.
  • You must be at least 18 to create an account. A parent or guardian registers and accepts the waiver for shooters under 18.
  • You can delete your account any time in My account.

Registering for a match

  • Your registration is a contract between you and the match organizer. The organizer decides the categories, prices, inclusions, match rules, and whether the match goes ahead.
  • Your slot is confirmed only when your payment is confirmed and you receive a competitor number.
  • Unpaid registrations may be released after the time shown on the match page.
  • You must accept the match waiver. Join only if you are fit to run; see a doctor if unsure.
  • Transfers, category changes and refunds follow each match's own rules, shown on the match page, and our Refund Policy.

Payments and fees

  • Payments are processed by PayMongo (GCash, Maya, cards) or paid directly to the organizer when the match uses manual payment.
  • Some matches add a ShootScoring Platform Fee, shown as its own line before you pay. It is not refundable.
  • Prices are in Philippine pesos.

Organizers

  • Organizers must give accurate match information, hold the permits their event needs, and deliver what they promise to shooters.
  • Organizers must use shooters' personal data only to run their match, and follow the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (RA 10173).
  • Payouts for matches paid through the ShootScoring PayMongo account follow the schedule in the organizer area. We may hold a payout if there are disputes, chargebacks or refund requests.
  • We may unpublish a match or suspend an organizer that breaks these terms.

Acceptable use

Don't use the site to break the law, post false or harmful content, collect other people's data, or interfere with the site's operation.

Limits of our responsibility

The match itself (range safety, stage design, range officers, scoring and prizes) is the organizer's responsibility. To the extent the law allows, JDT Innovation Hub OPC is not liable for injury, loss or damage arising from a match, or for indirect losses. Nothing here limits rights you have under Philippine consumer law.

Changes

We may update these terms. We will post the new version here with a new date, and tell you by email or on the site for important changes.
